Prepare communication plans for BTL, ATL etc. regarding the campaign.• Handling day to day MIS and revenue reports for Tiger Media.• Bill generation and follow up the payments to the business partners.• Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity andgoal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.• Originate and develop ideas to allow changes in existence product to better serve customers as well as maximize customer conversion, retention and revenue opportunities of existing feature.• Maintaining cordial relationships with Marketing, Revenue Assurance & IT team of Telecom operators.• Coordination with internal sales team for promotion of new content.• Coordinating with Legal, Finance & Purchase team.• Preparation of project proposals, legal agreements for different services across all the accounts.• Managing the accounts of several SMS/WAP/IVR based services.• Explore new business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and evaluate opportunities.
