Consumer Marketing Insights Sr. Analyst
- Customer and Insights Research team member- Conducted several research projects with partners such as Nielsen, Kantar, System One, Ipsos, Brandwatch, and Mind Miners supporting insights for different teams in order to understand market trends and consumer behavior needs- Researcher responsible for designing the briefing, sharing, and monitoring the research carried out by research institutes for Natura, understanding the best methodology approach- Conducted semiotics studies for Revista Natura and for advertising campaigns for brands such as Tododia, Ekos, Faces, Natura Homem, Essencial, Luna, Una, and Kaiak- Working conducting User Experience Research Projects across the company helping to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points of consumers and beauty consultants- Support teams to improve and facilitate people’s daily lives and to be able to learn and share knowledge and experience. Also, follow and support the launch of new assets in the app or tools pilots with reports of behavior and customer usability
