Hi, thank you for taking time to look at my profile. My passion is delivering top quality legal services to clients in the property sector. I enjoy working as part of the team and developing long term mutually successful relationships. Residential & Commercial DevelopmentAs a lawyer, and part of the project team, I work with developer clients on land acquisition, whether under conditional contract or option. Buying land involves careful investigation of title to any given property, solving problems which may arise as a result of restrictive covenants or other title issues. Before a project can be delivered, my team provides advice on the legal aspects of the planning process, including permitted development rights, section 106 planning obligations, Community Infrastructure Levy, section 38 and 278 highways agreements and other required statutory agreements.Often clients work in partnership with landowners and/or other developers; I am experienced in drafting and negotiating promotion agreements, collaboration agreements, joint ventures and other development agreements.
