Vicky Castro is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax, LLC, in Miami. With more than eighteen years of experience, Ms. Castro provides federal, state and international tax compliance and consulting services to large public companies, closely held businesses, high net worth individuals, pass-through entities, foreign nationals and U.S. expatriates. She also has experience with accounting for income taxes under ASC 740 and federal and state income tax audits. Ms. Castro has served clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, real estate, automotive, hospitality, sports entertainment and energy services.Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Castro spent five years with the Tax and Business Advisory practice of Arthur Andersen, and four years with the tax practice of Deloitte Tax.Ms. Castro earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, and a master's degree in business administration, with a specialty in taxation, from the University of Miami.  She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants
