• As DSP alliance manager in Service Operation.• Day to day operation management, includes Field service and logistic service delivery escalations handling, either from service providers or internal stakeholders.• Quarterly business review with provider and executive leaders.• Monthly service billing report validation.• Regular outside audit to service providers to ensure compliance of Dell service procedure.
