CurrentIn short my role at Flynn Refrigeration is to ensure that all our customers, new and old are satisfied with the service that they receive and to liaise with all departments to ensure that their experience at Flynn Refrigeration is as smooth as possible.• Visit Technical Managers and Purchasers from most leading ship owning and ship managing companies in order to sustain and grow business with Flynn Refrigeration.• Organise visits to shipping exhibitions and stands.• Contact new potential clients• Provide management reports for our overseas agents.• Organise customer visits for myself and the rest of the sales team.• Ensure the CRM system is correct and up-to-date.• Arrange transport and accommodation for client and staff appointments.• Devise and develop new marketing material.• Complete supplier forms.• Assist with the arrangement of service engineers.• Promote and sell refrigeration and air conditioning products.
