I joined as an intern and grew up in the organization as a trainer. Conducted programs in the field of IT law, forensics and investigations. Managed a team of trainers to handle a vertical for creating specialized training courses and programs in technology law. Business development and customer identification across Corporate, Government, and Law enforcement agencies and pitching training customised programs and courses. Responsible for content development and course up-gradation, developing customized training designs, planning, and delivery of training programs and seminars.Managing and allocation of resources to multiple training projects and providing status reporting of all courses and training programs to senior management.
