Board of Directors and Audit / Risk committee experience as member of a large-scale, public urban transport organization, using strategic and decision-making skills involving high-pressure environment of corporate, regulatory and social dimensions. Additionally addressing Audit & Risk committee issues regarding Financial Statements, Management Letter points & Internal Audit.Board of Directors and Audit & Risk committee experience on listed pharma company, with production facilities and innovative array of products with sales in Greece and abroad. Extensive Investment committee experience on the credit side (debt, equity, guarantee and hybrid instruments) through two of the largest funds ever by the European Commision, with implementation through the EIB and other IFIs and NPBs. The 33.5B EUR European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) and the 26.2B EUR InvestEU Fund, providing extensive exposure to multilateral and international banking best practices, due diligence, metrics and scoreboards, as well as to EU policies, standards and goals (climate, cohesion, environment, sustainability). Economic, financial and social assessment methodologies and metrics, investment mobilization and additionality, impact investment.
