Dr. Vicky Knerly is a native of Syracuse, New York, and currently resides in Huntsville, Alabama. She has two grown sons. Vicky earned a bachelor’s degree in English, two masters’ degrees (one in business and one in contracting), and a doctorate in business. She has won awards for her research-based writing. She worked at Florida Institute of Technology for over 25 years, and continues to teach as an online adjunct professor after her last position as assistant professor and center director was eliminated. Over the years, she has assisted and/or taught thousands of students as they pursued higher education goals, both undergraduate and graduate.Dr. Vicky, as her students know her, has also taught online as a contributing faculty member for Kettering University Online in Flint, Michigan, and as an adjunct faculty member for Athens State University in Athens, Alabama. She has also done contract work writing graduate-level assessment questions for a total rewards course in the newly developed MS in Human Resources Management degree.In 2009, Vicky formally partnered with Florida author, Gary Williams, as co-writers. Their debut novel, Death in the Beginning, was published electronically in November 2011.
