The General Manager role at Adrenalin Media is responsible for multiple functions within the agency from business development, client strategy & growth, agency bottom line, production & operations, HR, legal and finance. Key to the success of this role is the collaborative definition and implementation of the agency's strategy by leading teams to successfully achieve the company’s immediate, medium and long term goals.In continuing to build on the culture of delivering excellence and attracting exceptional talent, the General Manager role also supports all team members in their ongoing personal development and career growth plans. Further, the role is responsible to create a culture of ideation through the exploration and use of new technologies that will drive organic growth and continue to deliver best in market services for existing and future clients.

With a key focus on client management, satisfaction and growth opportunities, the Client Services Director role works closely with the Accounts and Production teams in the agency. The role ensures that all of agency's digital solutions and service offerings are in-line with the client's short, medium and long term digital goals. By creating a culture of excellence coupled with day to day business and people operations, this role oversees all client work, digital services and optimised delivery processes - resulting in long term client relationships and overall growth of the agency.

Responsible for Adrenalin Media's Business and People Operations. Implement project management methodologies for Account & Project Management teams. Put in place process for innovating within the digital space. Further improving the company's performance and implementing structures for staff career development and progression within the digital space.

Project and process management along with managing a team to ensure quality assurance across Fairfax Digital's Classifieds sites - Domain, Drive, MyCareer, and the self-service platforms within those sites.

Client, Production and Development management to improve overall efficiencies in project delivery and quality. Staff operations for career progression and development. Development of client strategies to implement technology solutions.
