- Fully understand the client’s requirements and convert client’s business needs to search strategies.- Screen target companies and candidates by various channels.- Independently conduct candidates interview and write candidate appraisal with the view of implementing the recruitment strategies based on clients' individual workforce needs.- Investigate industry and market information, and act as liaison between clients and candidates collecting intelligence information
