I serve as the president of Masterpiece Consulting and Coaching. Masterpiece specializes in helping business owners and leaders reach their full potential by enhancing their leadership, communication and strategic planning skills. 

We are particularly focused on working with owners of businesses with $3-30 million in annual revenue, helping them move from an owner-centric business to a business led by a leadership team. In addition to one-on-one executive coaching, Masterpiece provides a full suite of leadership development courses to enhance the skills and performance of your entire leadership team. Masterpiece also offers its extensive business and strategic planning expertise to help businesses create well-designed strategic business plans and then walks along side them as a partner to ensure they are able to achieve their business goals. I have a passion for bringing out the best in all people. So, in addition to my Masterpiece work, I am actively involved in humanitarian efforts in North Vietnam. My work there includes microfinance, community development and consulting with Vietnamese businesses through the Vietnam Women's Union.
