Leadership and the place of the female voice within organisations and communities is my passion. I help women transition into roles were their vision, mission and decision-making capabilities make a difference. Working to help women realise their unique ability to lead so as they create life-giving communities within the home, workplace and the world. I listen to the issues that stifle women as they strive to lead and find the solutions they seek. This is achieved through writing, speaking and coaching. I will design courses to help women transition into leadership through addressing the issues they face.My doctorate research focused on the establishment of community by sensing the spirit within leadership and discovering the six essential attributes for a leader to develop within themselves.I have published several books on leadership and presented papers at conferences:· Lead with Grace: Leading Community in Disruptive Times (permanently free on Amazon and other distributors).· The leadership Attributes: Leading Community in Disruptive Times (available at Amazon and other distributors).I have lectured in Leadership at the Australian Catholic University and am a teacher of Science and Religion.Community is another passion, and I have been twice president of the Rotary Club of Dee Why Warringah and an Officer of Cadets AAC.I have awarded for my services within Rotary and the community a Paul Harris Fellowship for work as a leader.
