As a visual learner, I am well identified with the need for new learning strategies and methodologies that can help build competencies and skills on today’s learners. Since I joined learning more than 10 years ago, I learned that creating a learning experience that is meaningful, engaging and memorable, helps not only the learners, by improving their skills and competencies, but also those around them, by being supported by highly motivated individuals, that feel developed and confident to do their job. Now being a Graphic Designer was key for me to understand the new workforce ability to focus and need for a well designed learning experience that provides all of the resources needed to stay motivated and complete a learning journey.
