Building things from zero to one has driven my rigorous journey in Sales and Marketing in the Retail and E-Commerce industry for over 22 years.In this time, I have held many roles at Baggit India, as a part of the core team that grew the company to its market leader position from the ground up. My expertise lies in scaling multi-channel sales network profitably, expanding business in national and select international markets, building brands with high recall, and optimizing supply chain. In my current role as Director - Sales and Marketing at Baggit, I manage the business outcomes of our robust sales network, including Exclusive brand retail chain, Modern trade, General trade, e-Commerce platforms, and Corporate gifting business; lead business development in India and select international markets; oversee cross-channel Marketing involving PR, digital, celebrity endorsements and CRM; and supervise operations including category management, merchandise buying and replenishment, and warehousing operations. The rewarding experience of building a leading customer-centric brand has made me adept at strategizing and achieving aggressive growth goals, leading cross-functional teams, profitably scaling new ventures, mobilizing the right sales channels, employing innovative processes, and building brands that people remember.
