• Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing candidates for clients needs Worked with the Team to maintain, develop accounts and coordinate interviews• Searching the right candidates for the position by understanding the requirement of the client.• Using job portals like Monster.com, Corp 2 Corp , Computer works, Prohires, Job serve etc.• Screening profiles, contacting candidates checking VISA Status, communication Skills, Current Salary and expectations etc.• Expertise in making cold calls and maintaining good relations with Consultants.• Verifying their flexibility with the requirement and negotiating salaries.• Resource candidates for Middle and Senior level, individually and successfully closed a number of openings at the same.• Successfully scheduled interviews and follow up with client for closures.• Formatting the resume of the consultant in a professional way before submitting to client.• Maintained Log Sheets on daily basis• Use various tools, including Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean Searches, etc. to find candidates• Identify and screen technical candidates• Interview candidates at various stages of the process, including Recruiting Phone Screen and Technical Phone Screen• Help create attractive job descriptions• Negotiate candidate pay rate to successfully close a high percentage of candidates• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates• Review and understand technical job requirement requirements• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met• Create detailed job descriptions• Work with Sourcing Analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.• Educate client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.• Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.• Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle.
