Some of my achievements in include:• Leading and obtaining the registration of Schlumberger in the CNH's (National Hydrocarbons Commission) registry in order to provide seismic exploration services in Mexico. - Having this registry in CNH's padron enabled Schlumberger to successfully bring the "Multiclient" business model into the country at a critical time before the first bid rounds in Mexico after the historical energy reform.• Playing a key role in managing, submitting and… Show more Some of my achievements in include:• Leading and obtaining the registration of Schlumberger in the CNH's (National Hydrocarbons Commission) registry in order to provide seismic exploration services in Mexico. - Having this registry in CNH's padron enabled Schlumberger to successfully bring the "Multiclient" business model into the country at a critical time before the first bid rounds in Mexico after the historical energy reform.• Playing a key role in managing, submitting and obtaining 5 different authorizations (permits) from CNH in order to perform Multiclient projects in Mexico worth hundreds of millions of US dollars. • Successfully managed the bid process that resulted in a $150+ million US dollars multiyear contract with the national oil company. - This was a great achievement in many fronts, as after many years of not having any share in the private seismic market (marine acquisition) in Mexico, the resources were very slim, and I played a key role managing the responsibilities and communications between our different teams within the organization and externally with the different levels of the customer’s buying center so that we could produce the winning proposal.Together, all these projects resulted in putting our segment and Mexico in the spotlight of our worldwide organization since, we managed to bring 80% of our marine seismic acquisition vessels to Mexico and capture more than 50% of the marine seismic market share during a specially difficult and critical time for the oil industry and for Mexico’s energy reform.In order to achieve these results, my communication and influence skills have been critical, both internally within the different teams of our organization as well as building a great relationship and maintaining good and close communication with the different regulatory agencies and our customers.
