 Scheduling and overseeing all the administrative activities of the office space, three museums, Auditorium, conference hall, dining halls and a rented restaurant space within the campus. Handled a team of 23 house keeping staffs, deployed to clean and maintain the entire facility covering 13 Lakh Sq. feet (approximately).  Involved in handling and monitoring Security staffs (13 nos) and execute the security operations.  Regular coordination with all other internal teams including HR, IT, Library, workshop, projects, civil, Electrical, Plumbing and carpentry staffs for smooth facilitation of all requirements. Preparing and forwarding daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to top management. AMCs and maintenance of AC, Lift, DG set / Printers and all other Electrical and IT equipments. Record room maintenance, keys accounting, all registers, office assets and petty cash handling. Handling visits of all top Govt officials, VVIPS, armed services and foreign delegates.  Liaison with Collectorate, Police, Revenue, NHAI, corporation, media and other Government Bodies
