Vicky joined Optima in April 2010 after spending 2 years recruiting, in the Public Sector. She originally registered as a candidate, hoping Optima would find her a job, within 2 weeks she was working in their office!Since then Vicky has played a key part in the development and growth of the company, being instrumental in the recruitment of high volume temporary and permanent staff. When she’s not busy recruiting, Vicky takes care of all the Advertising and Marketing for the company, ensuring that Optima always attract the best candidates and clients.In her spare time Vicky enjoys socialising with friends and family.
