● Sourcing the Relevant Profiles from the Various Job Portals as per the Requirements. Working in depth sourcing of candidates by using creative forms of web sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), candidate referrals, and networking.● Communicate with candidate throughout the Hiring Process.● Specialities Skill set: Engineering Requirements (Transport, OSP, Network, Construction, RF, etc.) and non-IT requirements.
