I provide Social Security Expertise to the Financial Industry. My joy and passion comes from helping and educating others on the optimal time to take their social security benefits. My duties also include serving as a retention expert for user accounts, helping them select the appropriate level of service based on their business needs. I am responsible for customer setup. onboarding and the daily consulting of customer client cases. I work with financial advisors, providing technical training on social security software, conduct new feature testing as well as track issues and serve as a liaison between development and the end user to resolve and enhance the customer experience. I also advise the general public, making my clients feel comfortable with the process of claiming their benefits and provide them clear direction in which to do so.
