Project manager, M&A Department· Mainly involved in two IPOs: · An IC design company, offering analog and mixed signal chips with an annual revenue of RMB 1.7 billion, was successfully listed in 2022 and raised over RMB 5 billion: main responsibilities include carrying out walk-through tests and analytical procedures during financial due diligence; verifying and analyzing issuer procurement via conducting comprehensive industry research, pricing analyses and procurement authenticity verification process. · A materials manufacturing company producing high-performance structural foam materials for the wind power energy industry, with an annual revenue of RMB 800 million: as the vice head of project, my responsibilities included project time management, driving project progress, and establishing regular internal and external communication channels. In addition, I participated in legal due diligence to evaluate legal risks via reviewing corporate filings, contracts, and other legal documents. · Participated in pitching activities to clients in various industries; actively managed client relationships and organized networking events; conducted KYC due diligence on clients.· In charge of the team’s daily communication and regular updates on project progress.
