Hi, my name is CHI WU. I recently obtained my graduate degree in Business Administration from National Cheng Kung University. During my master’s degree, I proactively engaged in extracurricular activities to expand my horizons and improved my skills. I joined both Data Analytics Club and Consulting Club at NCKU, where I finalized three corporate projects. These projects not only equipped with the abilities of Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and strategic thinking, but also accumulated my experiences in effectively communicating and coordinating with stakeholders.For the work experience, in line with my research field, I was engaged in the technology industry, which emphasizes detail-oriented. While working as a Human Resources of Talent Acquisition Intern in ASML, I optimized processes and communicated with managers, enabling me to quickly got on track and achieved an impressive hit rate of over 50% in EUV Upgrade Engineer position within the first month of onboarding. Additionally, I served as a Public Relations Intern at Kdan Mobile, promoting newly developed apps. In my spare time, I created a hand-drawn stop-motion animation that demonstrates creativity for social media marketing.Regarding international experiences, I participated in the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Program, representing NCKU for academic exchange at Union College in New York. I also took part in an exchange program at Rennes School of Business in France, majoring in Data Analysis. Subsequently, I embarked on a solo travel to Northern Europe, which not only honed my crisis management and adaptability skills but also refined my English communication proficiency.Throughout my previous practical experiences, I have demonstrated my ambition and ability to overcome obstacles and solve problems through teamwork. I would relish the chance to take responsibility and prove myself in the field. I’m convinced that I would be an excellent fit for the role in the question.
