About Victor Nascimento
Hey there, I'm Victor Nascimento a gamer at heart and game developer by trade.I've met and fallen in love with games when I was 3yo playing games with my dad, thinking how these fantastical worlds could be created I created hundreds of tabletop games and RPG mechanics while growing up, when I first met coding I got hooked on it's amazing potential to create everything I could think of.Before joining the game industry I learned precious marketing and sales skill with the consumer goods industry, but even within that industry I gravitated towards technology, having my last assignment as Business Analyst.Then the games called hard, I pack my stuff, moved to Australia, took classes on game development and design, practiced some mobile development and gathered experience working across most disciplines in game development, but prioritizing programming, graphics engineering and optimization.For the past couple of years I've been taking leadership roles where I train and guide developers into being the best versions of themselves while creating fun gameplay systems, easy to use tools and performant solutions.
