CurrentSkup is a Shopify app company that creates applications that help users increase their order value, automate their online stores and boost their sales.My main duties:- Manage Skup Customer Service Team to ensure customer's satisfaction- Review answers and development updates in Slack and Zendesk from agents and engineers, urgent tickets, new bug fixes, apps updates- Check payments over Stripe/PayPal and handle disputes; find win-win ways to solve disputes- Review conversations from intercom to make sure everything was handled and the customers are happy- Keep the team focused and determinate them to understand our goals as Satisfaction Score (over 96%) and response time (under 5 min)- Stay up to date and train the team- Create SOP's to ensure everything is handled- Find the best coaches and titles for our platform to ensure we keep our customer up to date- The most important duty is to make sure our customers are happy with our services/products - in the end their success make our days
