As EVP, Land Development Services, my role was to ensure we deliver on our corporate and strategic initiatives, and to provide cost-effective solutions to clients throughout the GTA and across Canada. Established in 1981, we are proud to be one of Canada’s foremost experts in environmental consulting. I was responsible for helping clients understand and manage environmental risks and liabilities, especially as related to site redevelopment. Our experienced team of experts delivers on high profile real estate developments, transactional due diligence and remediation projects, including assessments of property portfolios across the country. With over 30 years specializing in due diligence, environmental assessments, remediation and environmental risk management, I have been involved in a projects for financial, legal, corporate and industrial clients across Canada, and throughout North America. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a Master of Science in Hydrogeology/Earth Sciences, which allows me to thoroughly understand the site assessment and remediation process. My focus on real estate investment and development provides me with a balanced perspective from a client service standpoint.Some of my roles have included project director or principal investigator on due diligence reviews of commercial, industrial and manufacturing company transactions. I have led Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, real estate transaction audits, site remediation programs, environmental risk assessments, facility decommissioning and redevelopment projects.In my former role I was responsible for the growth and oversight of Pinchin’s various services related to real estate development across the country. In addition, I was responsible for local and national client development/management and corporate strategy
