Localization Engineering Team Lead
Current• Lead and manage the Localization Engineering team, ensuring high-quality preparation and post-processing of translation files.• Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to maintain linguistic integrity across projects.• Develop and maintain customer-specific processes and documentation for translation, software localization, and terminology management.• Organize and conduct specialized training sessions for LE team members and other organizational teams.• Initiate and support the development of new innovative processes and terms.• Guide process and practice improvements, creating support materials for LE experts.• Coordinate the creation of support materials such as LE guides, job options, or scripts.• Report to the Senior Director of DTP & Localization Engineering, providing updates on KPIs, customer satisfaction, and training needs.• Oversee projects conducted by other Localization Engineers, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering adequate solutions for the team and customers.• Collaborate directly with Customer Success & Operation Solution managers to resolve project issues.• Rearrange workflow deadlines as needed and translate complex nuances into understandable terms for coaching others.• Promote continuous training and competence development within the LE team, ensuring knowledge sharing and feedback.• Manage team capacities in collaboration with the Senior Director and contribute to strategic initiative implementations.• Coordinate administrative tasks such as holiday schedules for the team.
