This has enabled me to build a successful track record leading change, complex program delivery and transform operating models throughout my career. In doing so, I have enabled topline growth and effected community change in industries pressured by regulatory changes and reforms. This can be demonstrated in my tenure at Hunter Water, where I positioned the company as the number 1 utility for customer experience in Australia, shifting the operating model to deliver substantial cost savings as well as instrumental in launching the famous “Love Water” marketing campaign to effect a behavioural change in water usage. In the same period, I also catalysed a series of cultural shifts driving previously unparalleled levels of customer engagement. On a personal level, I believe in the power of diverse thinking as an ideation incubator.
