About Victor Servello

Executive with extensive experience in the area of executive mangement, operations, business development and financial improvements for small to mid size technology companies in the design, assembly and testing of RF and microwave components, subsystems and systems for military, security, industrial and medical products. Typical size companies I have had the privalege to be involved with and lead are sub $10M to $160M. I have had ongoing experiences in the area of acquisitions, refocus of operations and turnarounds from losses to profitablility by a combination of sales/marketing, business development, engineering, operational and human resource inititatives. I have lead the implimentation of ISO-9001 at three different companies with special emphasis on process improvements in all areas of the company.I have held 2 Board seats for companies in the test & meaurement market as well as the Human Genome market.
