He is a non-profit sector graduate of the United States International Visitors Leadership Program and a driven Sustainable bridging Leader in agriculture and food systems. He holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies and M.Sc. Clinical Psychology from the Nigerian Defence Academy in Kaduna, Nigeria, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and numerous diplomas in human behavior, food systems, and learning experiences from more than seven African nations. As a development practitioner, he has had success working with women, children, youth, and men in a number of low-income communities. He has also collaborated on sustainable development at the national and sub-national levels in Nigeria with the government, private sector actors, media, and civil society organizations in various sectors.Victor's enthusiasm for empowering women and connecting leaders in agriculture has grown over the past 22 years. The largest women's farming organization in Nigeria (SWOFON) has granted me board membership for my work on Nigeria's food systems and humanitarian crises. He has held positions as National Coordinator for Linking the Youths of Nigeria through e-Xchange (LYNX-Nigeria), specifically on the Aflatoun Child Social and Financial Education program, and Coordinator for Food Security and Livelihood with the International Rescue Committee. He also held positions as CEO of PIBCID in North Central Nigeria and Program Manager for ActionAid's Local Rights Program in Kogi State. He is a member of the boards of numerous non-profit organizations and served as the Kogi NGO Network Chairman. Victor Adejoh is the Country Director for Synergos Nigeria.
