Assisting in human resource and recruitment process• Sending out and receiving mail and packages• Assisting in preparing business correspondence • Making phone calls to our Pastors and staff outside and within headquarters• Receive and process information of a confidential nature; ensures such information is maintained in strict confidentialityProtocol Assignments• Establish procedures for taking RSVPs • Get details of ministry guest itinerary• Arrange for the guest pick-up from the Air port, park, etc as the case may be.• Make requisition for hotel reservations and payment for same• Make hotel reservations, bookings for the guest• Follow up payment for hotel accommodation and other expenses to be burn by the ministry• Plan and design satisfaction, comfort, and security of ministry guest• Assist Escort/protocol officers (department) as required Ministerial Assignments• Associate pastor youth church• Coordinate services• Assist in planning and coordinating programmes• Assist in coordinating meetings of coordinators in the headquarters • Assist in convening and coordinating general coordinators' meeting• Coordinator, Discipleship and leadership Training Course (D.L.T.C)• Carry out assignments as directed by the Senior Pastor
