Contribute to the development and upgrade of health systems (LAMISPlus) used in 617 facilities across Nigeria. Integrate the LAMISPlus EMR with other health systems like NDR, LIMS, NOMIS and DHIS2 for seam less data exchange and ensuring optimised patient level management and health service delivery.

While serving, I had the privilege of working on the following projects:National Data Repository (NDR)Project Description: A nationwide repository that houses public health data on mostly HIV programs from various electronic medical record systems (EMRs) used in the country. Data are interchanged and migrated in XML format from different EMRs.Commodity Management (CM)CM caters to the management and reporting of HIV commodities supplied to the CDC-supported facilities. The commodities include Antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) and Rapid Test Kits (RTKs). The module is designed to improve the management of commodities across the 19 CDC-supported states in collaboration with CDC partners thereby reporting to the NDR through data interchange in XML format from different EMRs.Global Health Security SECURE Nigeria project.The project is aimed at the collection, quality assurance, analysis, visualization, and storage of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) surveillance data for COVID-19 vaccinations in the Data Analytics and Visualization System (DAVS).Case Base Surveillance (CBS)The project is aimed at providing information on the ongoing, systematic collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of information about persons with whom HIV and AIDS are diagnosed. It looks at sentinel events at the time of diagnosis and events during HIV disease management and monitoring such as follow-up CD4 count results, pregnancy, HIV drug resistance, and deathMortality Surveillance (MS)MS is a surveillance project aimed at establishing a surveillance system for causes of death among all adults and children diagnosed with HIV within the Nigerian HIV program. It is designed to use both the ODK tool, the 2016 WHO Verbal Autopsy (VA) instrument for data collection and SmartVA analyze tool to determine the cause of death (COD) among PLHIV. This helps to monitor trends and program impact.
