• Account opening and maintenance e.g. Account opening, signature verification, account upgrade and closure.• Relationship management with low, medium and high KYC customers (Know your customer) • Funds transfer operations, both intra and inter-bank transfers • ATM management: o Issuing of ATM cards for all types of accountso Resolving ATM issues including dispense errors and faulty ATM cardsSecretariat

• Recruitment of entry level staff, contract staff and other cadre of staff which includes: documentation, interviews, preparation of training school recruitment exercise• Assistance with Human Resources Management System (HRMS)• Issuing of Embassy letters for travel arrangement for full staff to designated Embassies• Issuing and management of staff Identity cards for all cadre of staff• Managing Account opening for contract staff

• Industrial work experience with the JV Accounting team of finance and operations• Journal entry posting into live-link• Responsible for correction of certain errors in the billing statement for the four partners involved in the Joint Venture• Rendering assistance for inter-venture operations • Ensuring that information on all transactions are up to date and all necessary documents for audit are available• Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliation on all accounts of the Joint Venture
