Collects sorts and analyzes various types of qualitative and quantitative aircraft maintenance data.Participated as a member of the T-38 Aircraft Flight Control Loads Analysis Team. Traveled to several Air Force Bases, and worked in coordination with Aerospace Engineers, Aircraft Electricians and other team members, removing cabling from T-38 aircraft, and installed new cabling and upgraded the Flight Data Recorder system.Worked with Wyle Electronics Engineers and assisted with running diagnostic tests and gathering critical data to ensure that all installed wiring and strain gauges operated at optimum levels. Updated the Acquisition and Inventory spreadsheet for these items weekly.Built numerous sets of wiring harnesses required for installation on T-38 aircraft, along with Flight Data Recorders to facilitate Flight Control Loads Analysis. Each harness set consisted of several cables, connectors, and meticulous fabrication techniques to construct.

Served employers and claimants by conducting unemployment appeal hearings in order to make decisions on unemployment claims filed, based upon state of Georgia law. Researched and applied Georgia Employment Security Law to render unbiased decisions after conducting appeal hearings. Also, assisted Clients with obtaining gainful employment by providing job search assistance and employer job referrals, prior to promotion to Administrative Hearing Officer. Provided technical guidance and computer technical support to Career Center manager, supervisors, staff, and clients.

Managed the 604th Air Support Operations Squadron’s Maintenance Control section and provided oversight for the repair actions of all satellite, computer, and radio communication systems used in-garrison, and when deployed for field exercise training throughout South Korea. Supervised the Disaster Preparedness, Supply, and Training work center Managers, and developed strict accountability for Maintenance Control’s budget for equipment, parts, supplies, and personnel training costs. Managed and supervised all activities pertaining to maintenance, repair, and upgrade of small computer systems and software installation. Supervised seven computer technicians, who performed such tasks as: computer systems troubleshooting, repair, equipment installation, network administration, modification and upgrade of computers systems. Supervised Technicians who maintained/supported three specialized computer systems, and over 900 personal computers, used base wide at MacDill AFB, Florida. Trained, evaluated, and wrote performance reports for ten Computer Technicians.Performed project and program management, over-sight, and coordinated on cryptographic and computer system installation projects with multiple Air Force Base agencies on Robins Air Force Base. Developed procedures and guidelines for technicians to provide excellent computer technical support, which optimized system up-time rates. Maintained Flight Data Input/output system used by Air Traffic Controllers. Maintained, troubleshot, repaired, upgraded, and configured Mission Support System computers for four F-16 fighter aircraft squadrons, and hardware/software issues for Air Force personnel base-wide.
