Primary Roles and Responsibilities:Administrator for the Districts Enterprise Applications:- Lawson ERP- Advanced CIS Infinity Customer Billing- Website- Business Plan - Reporting Services, SharePoint - Laserfiche- CalPERS, Payroll, ADP Time Entry, CIGNASupporting, testing, installing, and configuring applications used at the DistrictUses discretion and sound business judgment in applying advanced principles, practices, methods and techniques associated with all District’s enterprise applications systemsSQL Server Administrator and Report BuilderHighly motivated professional who is a self-starter, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimum supervisionWorking with management and users to determine best practices and proper and effective resolutionsFAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certified for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones)

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and replace desktop computers, printers, software and other peripherals. Maintain inventory of hardware systems, peripherals and software licenses, including tracking of changes/updates. Provide end-user help-desk support in desktop systems. Assist in identifying end user needs, perform associated research, and make recommendations to resolve the needs Coordinate acquisition, installation, and use of technology-related peripherals, supplies, etc. Prepare end-user documentation and operating procedures. Work closely with users to identify and provide for their computing needs; provide training and work with training specialists. Assist in the evaluation of software and hardware products; recommend new or replacement products as appropriate; assist in the acquisition, installation and application of vendor products.

Responsible for the configuration and installation of computer systems and peripherals. Install and support software as assigned. Provide technical and administrative support for users and departments. Manage projects and carry out project tasks when assigned. Assists in the improvement and service of the Hospital computer systems. Performs other duties as assigned. Testing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
