Voxel Plugin targets the large existing audience of Unreal Engine. It is being used across a range of industries, from Game Development to Geospatial Visualization.Having been a personal project for several years, we are now actively transitioning to scale. While my core responsibilities are in engineering, I currently also handle business & support.

• Wrote most of the Core terrain tools/rendering using Voxel Plugin. Added new sculpting tools, better painting, procedural foliage, better perf on client & server with notably challenges in regards to server collision & storage size• Rewrote the entire C++ side web api to be automatically generated from backend definitions• Rewrote the entire storage stack for the game editor, to be much safer, multithreaded & more performant• Rewrote most of the original editor UI under the direction of our UI designer to be more coherent• Added in-game profiling tools to help creators find performance bottlenecks• Did several performance optimizations, tripling the framerate in some scene and allowing us to go to 32 players games• Helped port the codebase to new platforms• Helped better process crash reports• Leveraged my existing Unreal Engine experience to push our team to use the latest & best coding practices, notably through the heavy use of subsystems

At the Chalmers University, I continued my work on Voxel Hash Dags I started in the Netherlands, this time under the supervision of Ulf Assarsson

Under the supervision of Elmar Eisemann, I worked on adding real time editing to Sparse Voxel DAG technology.This led to a publication in the selective Eurographics 2020 conference.
