In that position Mr. Gallegos, who obtained his broker license in early 1994 (license No. 1416), gained valuable experience in many aspects of international trade such as NAFTA rules of origin, maquiladora program, assembly programs, textile, reconciliations, FDA, Mexican customs, customs compliance etc.
