Responsible with the elaboration of the methodology and conducting the MSA study▪ Implementing work instruction for new test specification ▪ Maintenance fix in the laboratory area Ensuring a good working condition of the equipment in the laboratory area▪ Generate inspection programs for ATOS III Scan Constructing geometric figures on the CAD model so that the equipment would know what to inspect on the actual part

▪ Responsible with conducting tests and uploading the results in the system▪ Dimensional control

▪ Technical support on the production line Providing a good quality solution whenever a FAI(First Article Inspection) was FAIL or an equipment malfunctions. ▪ Knowledge about ICT Agilent, Checksum MDA, Teradyne ICT, Takaya Flying Probe, GenRad Flying Probe, Seica Flying Probe Debugging the equipment’s software or hardware if a problem occurred to ensure the equipment's is in good working condition.▪ Generate programs in TestExpert for Agilent ICT and Takaya Flying Probe Uploading the expanded BOM of the PCBA in the software in order to define the actual value of the components and its behaviour. Defining dimensions for every component according to the CAD model so that the probes wont collide with the components of the PCBA Updating the library▪ Maintenance fix on the test stand Assuring a good working condition of the equipment’s in the production area
