Involved in virtual commissioning. Set-up, build shop, plant. • Schuler Group: Worked on custom application for GM project. Startup & commission press lines. Assisted Schuler Group with GM standard, hardware setup, fixing logic issues, manual motions / dry-cycle. • GM Dham Factory Zero: Programmed PLC & HMI’s. Commission lines, working on new kits for the plant. Adding and integrating new equipment for multiple lines. Implementation of new styles to the existing lines• Fori Automation: Programming of EPP/PLC hardware/devices, commission line Front Vertical conveyor and Buy-Off Support – custom application• Verify Safety and complete buyoff requirements i.e., GCCB, GCCS, SCS, NAX.• Setup MATROX Cameras across KUKA Systems, program them according to the GM provided documentation and standard.• Provide controls support for equipment development and process improvements from concept to full implementation.• Provide Support in running Production, analyze problems and failures and provide assistance as required.• Technologies: RSLogix5000(Control Logix, Compact and Compact Guard), Factorytalk View Studio and Siemens TIA Portal.
