Projects executed towards that purpose include development and implementation of:- Asset life cycle model- Maintenance and Reliability philosophy for the company- Standardized processes for RAM modelling, criticality assessment, asset maintenance strategies development, spare parts calculations- Standardized process for developing maintenance programs (PM, PdM, ODR) for greenfield assets before commissioning/start-up (eliminating the one-year delay time typically required for maintenance programs development after hand-over to operations, and the associated equipment failure risk); similar with optimization for brownfield assets - this contributed to an approximately 15% reduction in the preventative maintenance work
