I am an Industrial Engineer with over 16 years of experience driving improvements and leading high-impact improvement projects that have transformed the operational functions of businesses to support ongoing growth.In 2014, I joined Syngenta as a Process Engineer at a seed processing plant in Argentina. I was later promoted to Plant Lead, where I managed all areas of the plant and led a team of 120 personnel. I also oversaw large-scale investment projects and managed the full annual budget of the plant.While working at Syngenta and as a member of the Operational Excellence team for Latin America, I developed and implemented high-impact improvement projects that resulted in significant savings for the company. In addition, these projects positively impacted farmers in the region and continue to generate value for the community.In 2018, I joined Technocampo S.A., where I was responsible for managing a seed and legume conditioning plant in Rio Primero, Córdoba, Argentina. During my first year at Tecnocampo, I focused on developing and growing the plant staff through training in basic tools such as 5's discipline and Total Process Management. This training helped to generate empowerment and a culture of continuous improvement among leaders and all operational staff.Thanks to the growth of the staff and the commitment to continuous improvement, the company was able to implement and successfully obtain several international certifications, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/BPM), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), RTRS Chain of Custody, and ISO 9001:2015. These certifications allowed Tecnocampo to enter the international food market and export its products to over 30 countries.Despite my high achievements in international corporate companies, it has always been my professional challenge to create a food production company that can add value to society. That is why, in parallel to my work at Tecnocampo, I founded the first Gluten Free factory in Monte Cristo, Córdoba, Argentina, in 2019.I am skilled at analysing and implementing lean principles, operations management, maintenance, HSE, and project management. In addition, I have strong interpersonal, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, and I am committed to following safe work practices.
