- Management Infrastructure work-stream.- Co-led and organized 33 shop-floor improvement training on soft skills, operations management and manufacturing excellence tools with 1019 participants.- Refined and deployed Process Confirmation document to Operators and Managers to ensure processes are delivering target conditions in accordance to standards. - Standardized SBT (Shift-Based Team) and Production meetings resulting in a 58.7% and 43.5% improvement in meeting effectiveness respectively.- Collaborated with internal stakeholders to prepare a standard meeting space for use by the Manufacturing team to eliminate distraction, foster time management and effective performance data visualization.- Lean manufacturing training for STLs (Shift Team Leads) and Operators on SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies), 5 Whys, 5S, Pareto Analysis etc.- Deployed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure standardization and integrated management of our assets across different operations.- Facilitated the participation of shop-floor team in coming up with improvement to processes, raised as IM (Improvement Memo).- Promoted data visualization and performance management by training the manufacturing (shop-floor) team on proper update of performance boards with the use of appropriate color coding while also driving adherence to its prompt update.- Refined electronic action log for Level 2 and 3 meeting to ensure proper tracking and prompt closure of actions.- Created 2 Quick wins as follows: i.) Developed and deployed a tracking system (paper-based) for forklift operators to eradicate unsatisfactory performance of forklift operators and shift their accountability to the Shift Team Leaders . ii.) Designed a pocket size KPI card for shop-floor team, that will help bring awareness on the performance indicators, bring focus to the job, drive team engagement and help drive conversations around performance management.
