I hold a B. Sc in Geography from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria; an M. Sc in Logistics and Transportation Management and currently pursuing a PhD. My drive for knowledge pushed me to further my studies, leading to the attainment of a Master's Degree to enhance my management and strategic planning capabilities. My career began in corporate sector, where I utilized my academic training in management and administration to build a strong network and establish my expertise.I subsequently ventured into public administration, serving in several capacities in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Notably, I held the position of Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, where I was responsible for promoting the cultural heritage of the state and boosting tourism as a source of revenue. My strategic policies and initiatives were pivotal in transforming the state's tourism landscape, making it a popular destination in Nigeria.Following my role in tourism, I took on the mantle of Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Akwa Ibom State. In this capacity, I played a crucial role in strengthening the state's local government systems, improving service delivery, and fostering stronger relationships between traditional rulers and government officials. My focus on transparent governance and community engagement won me admiration and helped in improving the quality of governance at the grassroots level.
