Production Manager for Dies Direct, producing Foiling Dies and Embossing Dies for the printing Industry. I work extremely well under pressure. I provide training in all aspects of the print industry. Attended trade shows such as Drupa, Germany and the NEC, Birmingham. I am effective and an adaptable Factory Manager, with a fantastic experience and a wealth of readily transferable skills. My skills include; driving forward efficiencies, maximizing workflow, achieving KPI`s and establishing `Lean` processes. I have a multi-sector background and I boast the ability to work with individuals at all levels from all through excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, communication and relationship building. As a Factory Manager, I make use of my interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills on a daily basis and have extensive project management/ team management experience. I thrive within a highly pressurised environment and am motivated by meeting/exceeding targets and providing motivational, `hands-on` management. I like to be a positive voice, offering support and help pro-actively, and I feel a real strength is my ability not only to deliver revenue but (crucially) to motivate and support others. I am adept also at identifying operational problems and inefficiencies and implementing `fit for purpose` solutions. I have consistently delivered impressive results, by developing an appropriate strategy and by ensuring all completed business development projects/initiatives deliver continually improved P&L performance.
