Member of the John Crane accelerated development and leadership program called EngineeringU. The program consists in rotating through the Product groups, Manufacturing, Type 28 and Research and Development divisions, giving me experience to work on many sectors of the rotating equipment industry. Other EngineeringU members and I were responsible for leading a specific project for a new seal support system that will be brought to the market.
