Achievements:• I was responsible for all aspects of Venom Technologies & Inspection Services, LLC inspection of TMK’s Catoosa, OK tubular materials from August 2017 to June 2018.• Advised up management on field inspection and recommend changes.• Hired and trained inspectors on the operation of the Crab Unit and the 19 channels Ultrasonic Testing Unit.• Served as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems to foster positive environment. The result – we had no work-related accidents, and none of the pipes we inspected failed the customer.• Developed/implemented HR strategies and practices that established trust, hereby improving employee morale and boosted performance. • Through my good management of time and employees, we were able to raise output from less than 400 joints per day to a minimum of 600 joints per day on the 19 Channels UT Unit.
