Performs marketing, research, training and development of community relationships between civilian corporations and government agencies for the U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program. Responsible for the prospecting, qualifying, nominating and processing of prospective companies in twelve states.•Pursues America's top companies to partner with the US Army and the PaYS program through strong product knowledge and expertise. •Spearheaded an initiative to increase the volume of interviews and hires of PaYS Soldiers by collaborating with Soldier for Life centers located across the country. Conducts analysis to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the initiative using years of marketing and recruiting experience.•Serves as the subject matter expert for the PaYS program in the Southeast region of the United States, which includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Puerto Rico.•Develops and fosters relationships with corporate partners. Played an integral role in coordinating PaYS signing ceremonies and event for Sonepar USA •Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Conducted over 20 program overviews with Chief Executive Officers, Senior Vice Presidents, Senior Directors, Professors of Military Science and ROTC cadets.•Exercises professional judgment, digital savviness, and business writing skills when maintaining the public-facing PaYS social media pages. •Using a team-oriented approach, conducts meetings, presentations, and database training sessions with business partners.
