My professional experience started in 2012 at Oxxo. Since then, I have had the opportunity to add value to the company through different actions in my management areas.I have been recognized for having the best reduction in KPI’s of stock out and waste during my management as an analyst of Plaza Mexico in perishable items achieving an improvement of 7% in stock out and 5% in waste.Through collaboration, teamwork, and development of strategies, I managed to take the fill rate of a supplier that previous years had averages of 70%, up to 85%. Likewise, through quick and effective actions, my team and I achieved a loss reduction of 10 million MXN per month, through the minimization of wastes in stores (yogurt, milk and fast food).
