I gained the opportunity to begin as restaurant manager at Pastis, after I graduated my bachelor on CBS. An opportunity I could not resist. In the coming age of 24 I became a leader and part of an institution. During my time as restaurant manager, I had the primary task of daily governing the restaurant and act as captain on a ship that needs to enter the harbour after a rough day at sea. I have evolved as a person and improved massively in correalation with the following tasks I endured: - Employee waiters and learn them the way of hospitality. - Understand what the owner wants. - Daily bookkeeping. - Close contact with vendors and suppliers. - Negotiating prices with retailers (wine and beverages) - Adapt the business according to Covid-19 restrictions. - Implement new platform for employees called Monotree

I worked during my bachelor as a waiter on the most prominent Bistro in Copenhagen. When reading gets tough and I feel in a haze, I seek towards socialization and a high energetic environment. I was a culture bearer and highly liked among both guests and coworkers. This is one of the best jobs for a student and I believe that the skills I have learned is described best in the word of highly recognised Anthony Bourdain: "You can always tell when a person has worked in a resturant. There's and empathy that can only be cultivated by those who've stood between a hungry mouth and a $28 pork chop, a special understanding of the way a bunch of motley misfits can be a family. Service industry work develops the "soft skills" - discipline, promptness, the ability to absorb criticism, and most important, how to read people like a book".

Copenhagen Airports has a business model primarily based on the transportation and logistic of getting people from one point to another. My respective assignments in Marketing and Sales were primarily based on the commercialisation of CPH's shopping opportunities. I helped primarily with email marketing and direct targetting in the sheer view of B2C content. Other tasks included: - Coordinate and report marketing campaigns to respective departments in the airport. - Maintain and coordinate our digital service "CPH advantage" - a digital service that enchanced sales within the airport. - Perform PoC with the department of New Technology. This included coordinating New Tech hubs and investigating potential future technology. - Assist CRM and UX with implementation and perform Beta fase tests.

Mondelez formerly known as Kraft Foods works with FMCG and their portfolio consists of well-known brands such as Stimorol, Marabou and Gevalia. During my time at Mondelez I worked with the following: - Implement and maintain a worldwide sales system for sales associates. - Book-keeping sales in SAP.- Deploy and maintain internal systems for GDPR compliant declaration of products content. - and numerous ad hoc tasks
