• Drive achievement of profitable volume / value and market share target for the Area via delivery of QDVPPP sales drivers for the Area.• Hold regular sales reviews with the Sales Team, all Key Distributors and ensure contact with minimum of five wholesellers of each distributor.• Work with distributors’ managers to ensure smooth running of Distributors Finance Scheme without returned cheque.• Identify training needs and also carry out on the job coaching of TSMs, RDEs, and VSMs whilst working with the training and HR department to build sales capability and ensure a skilled talent pipeline. • Supervise execution of marketing activities by ensuring the right outlets selection, standard during activation, with key measurement and evaluation and delivery of reports on time and in full.• Annual budget preparation and monthly /weekly forecast of sales trend. • Effective area cost management in order to achieve agreed fiscal target for the area.• Generate branch weekly, annual and situational sales function report.

Achievement of set territorial target with special focus on supervision of direct customers trade activities.Review of direct customers performances and retail outlets management.Competition feedback and weekly /monthly report writing.
